New school may just make it in time for Fall term

It sure has taken them long enough to build this new Intermediate School on First Avenue and I guess 35th Street, but wonder of wonders, it may actually be ready for THIS Fall.

I wonder if in all the time that took to build it,---including the whole Sandy period when this area was flooded...if they made allowances for more high tide storm surges from the nearby East River.
Who knows, they would not make that public probably unless some snoopy reporter really wanted to find out..
