Today in Charlotte, North Carolina it was a special day for people near and dear to PFN. Several months ago we lost an amazing person, Stephen Skipton Sr. He was not only a good friend but was a supporter, defender, and fierce advocate of what PFN is all about.
Today, Stephen Skipton Jr. surrounded by family, friends from both New Jersey and South Carolina graduated from the Charlotte Fire Department Class 95. He is following in his father’s foot steps and about to begin his journey as a Career Firefighter. Everyone knows Steve was looking down with his hand on Stephen Jr’s shoulder guiding him through the whole way. He has been assigned to Engine Company 21
As many of you know Steve Sr was a lifelong firefighter and past Chief of Bellmawr Park Fire Company in Camden County and career EMT in Camden City. He relocated to Goose Creek, South Carolina to pursue his life long calling as a paid firefighter for Goose Creek Fire Department.
PFN would like to congratulate Stephen Skipton, Jr. on your graduation and to a happy, healthy, and fruitful career.
