Stuyvesant Park is busy but tranquil

At about 16th Street and Second Avenue, Stuyvesant Park straddles the Avenue... the "people friendly" part of the park is the Western one, with its statue of Peter Stuyvesant.

The  Eastern side of the avenue is just like a leafy front lawn for Beth Israel Hospital...
