Depression

Everyone has their "down moments" and that is where cigarettes so often step in...they mitigate the brain chemistry that makes us feel despairing and depressed...or just too tired for that matter.

When I was at Nicotine Anonymous, I learned all the triggers that exist for smoking...all gets back to brain chemistry and habit....shame so many people have such brain chemistry that quitting for them is going to be ten times harder than quitting heroin ( heard this from people who had used both at NA).
