Bottle (and Can) Man

One of the many, many people who are out gathering up bottles and cans in their big plastic bags all the time before taking them to stations where they can redeem them for money.

I understand that in Buenos Aires these people are all given uniforms ...which is a clever way of making the whole business seem more natural and legitimate.
