Today we remember FDNY Firefighter Vincent S. Morello, Ladder 35, Detailed to Engine 283, who made the ultimate sacrifice to the people of the City of New York Sept 11 2001 , while operating at Manhattan Box5-5-8087
He came from a family of firefighters (His father, John, is a retired fire chief, his brother, Marc, is also a firefighter). He was married to Debi and father to Justin, and Paige.

The 5 year Zadroga Heath act is expiring. 5 years came and went very fast.
The illnesses keep coming but unlike the Zadroga bill they don't expire.

A quick congratulations to Brian Q Quinn,, from The TV show Impractical Jokers. Last night Brian won his challenge on the live TV broadcast when he walked the tightrope 5 stories above New York City. Brian raised $50,000 for the Steven Stiller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. We are sure that Brian's FDNY training came in handy. Once again great job Brian
