Urban Design Winner for-- Scaffolding Decoration? Well, that's NYC for you...

Did a double take when I saw this one in East 50's-- sky design for scaffolding boarding by one Jen Magathan is winner of the Urban Canvas Design Competition.

Well, this is a design conscious city, but that sometimes seems more honored in the breech than in the observance...
