This is the review from a site that covers NYC bars and restaurants from visitors from out of town

I run pix and reviews of places like this because by European standards they are not expensive at all and they usually are fairly friendly, unpretentious places for food and drink...

I got the fish sandwich special and my boyfriend got the shepherd's pie. Both were good. Service was also great! Good big meal after walking 7 miles downtown.
