George Dilworth IV It is a Resturant and bar in shockoo bottom in Richmond the engine is a retired TEVFD unit they too the drivers side skin of the engine and mounted it to the wall and ran the tavern lines to the pump panel were they used the discharge levers as tap heads. There second location is in short pump va.
