GE: Building the Gas Era
We are now living in the gas era. General Electric (GE) is playing its part pushing this revolution forward in line with the ever-increasing demand for an alternative fuel that is cleaner and more economical. GE ranges from large-scale power plants to flexible distributed power and small-scale liquid natural gas plants. With the rise in global gas consumption, which is estimated to increase by 36 percent and contribute 28 percent of primary global energy consumption by 2025, it is clear that the gas era is here to stay.
