  • Brian Keene Staffing when I hired on IAFF local 1292 in 1996, 38 guys, 8 man daily minimum, staffing 2 engines and 1 rescue out of 1 station with 2800 runs/year. Current staffing, 18 man dept, 4 man minimum, staffing 1 engine and 1 rescue, last years total runs was 5816. Totally safe for everyone. Smh.

  • Jonathan Watson stupid ass people. i bet people are only doing it now just to piss off the fire service. they seriously need to stop. because its not fun and games anymore. especially because they are getting in the way of the helitankers and slurry planes. if they continue i bet they will pass a law making it illegal to fly drones around fires period. i agree with the California fire department for shooting them down.
