Chinese Lunar New Year Firecracker Ceremony and Cultural Faircelebrates the Year of the Goat from 11 am to 3:30 pm Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, Sara Roosevelt Park (Canal and Forsyth). The parade and festival will be from 1 pm to 4 pm Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015. The parade begins at Little Italy, and the cultural festival is in Sara Roosevelt Park. The Museum of Chinese in America is celebrating with a family festival ($10 admission) from 11 am to 4 pm Saturday, Feb. 28, and walking tours on weekends in February.
