CA fire fighters are rallying around six-year-old Miley McCrary who was
diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer that
affects children. A charity hockey game benefiting the Miley McCrary
Angel Fund will be held Saturday, May 9th. Multiple IAFF locals from
around the Bay area will participate in the fundraiser. Miley’s dad is
Scott McCrary, a member of Oakland, CA Local 55. His fellow fire
fighters have volunteered to cover his shifts for at least three months
so that he can be with Miley at the hospital.

Brian Moore and his family - have announced that the two unions are
