Audrey Hepburn became famous largely for her role in the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's"-such is the mystique built up around this movie that it overlooks the fact that her character is basically a NYC hooker and gold digger

She was again a gold digger in the movie "Sabrina" which her fans like to overlook

Despite media & movie moguls insisting that Ms Hepburn was "blessed" with a naturally waif-like figure, she suffered from lifelong anorexia.
