Tony FC Or maybe the recording equipment in the squad just doesn't work properly. Bigger departments get the cheapest stuff due to the large quantity needed.

Marshall Abbott The video just goes to show you that people often don't understand why cops are trying to stop someone. In this case a guy just stabbed another person. To the person standing on the street who doesn't see the knife it looks like the cops are out to kill an innocent person. If you don't have all the information it looks bad.
