Last night crews from 2 stations attended a building fire on Saint Catherine's Lane. The 1st 999 call at 2011 reported smoke issuing and 3 fire appliances and 1 turntable ladder were sent to the scene. Our turntable ladder was used to deliver water from above and after some protracted firefighting the incident was closed at 2352. Thanks to Elaine McCahill, John McNally & Seb Kaczorowski for photos.
This week we had a few familiar faces contact us.
In the very early hours of the 18th October, Dan and Finbar were called to help with the delivery of Juno near junction 4 on the M50. They responded along with a fire crew from Kilbarrack.
This week Juno and big sister Annie visited the lads in Swords to say hi.
