The IAFF and the Ottawa Fire Honour Guard are present this morning at a memorial service for WO Patrice Vincent and Cpl Nathan Cirillo at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. We will never forget the tragic events of a year ago and the sacrifice of these two soldiers.
