David Elmore That implies there are unknown laws of physics? So they don't necessarily break down any laws of physics, it just illuminates that there are possibly more laws of physics than are currently known. Big word in my comment is 'possibly' big word in their article is 'may'.

Noe Rodriguez The Standard Model is a construct of our understanding of particle physics. It is not necessarily how nature works. When our Standard Model is precisely how nature works, we will find that there are no particles that violate it. Don't hold your breath.

Amy Watson This is a matter for scale. I don't like the idea of an all-consuming model for physics. I think it's perfectly OK to use general physics for common materials human size on Earth.

Gastón Nusimovich We know that the SM is a "Scaffolfing-type" of theory, or a standin or placeholder theory, for a better theory that may be created in the future.

In the mean time, we need some theory to move on that will allow us to design new experiments to gather new evidence, needed to get the required new insights to construct a much better theory.

Yash Raval Way more to explore. . For our understanding of Standard Model is still limited, based on research till date. A thousand years ago we did not even think of these possibilities. A thousand years from now - we may completely have a different approach to particle physics.

Jeffrey Ruppert When knoledge is expanded it proves the only true law of knoledge the more you know the less you believe that you know it all. The only other kniwn law it the circle of life and if your theory does not take that into effect it is likely wrong. If something does not come full circle then your theory is imcomplete.

Colin Macpherson Could this be a result of matter and anti-matter repelling each other so they don't break each other apart (ie) a buffer zone before a catalyst could destroy either one so the mirror images can only reflect each other and never be allowed to meet they are each their own construct so repel automatically and this is the end result decaying debris of them canceling each other out ? just a thought
