Did you know about this gift from Russia? It's called the Tear Drop Memorial. From the people of Russia, Vladimir Putin and artist Zurab Tsereteli. It's home is in Bayonne, NJ by the Cape Liberty Cruise Port. The site is a home for the Monument to the Struggle against World Terrorism. The Tear Drop lines up with the Statue of Liberty National Monument and perfectly with lower Manhattan (as you can see the WTC Tribute Lights behind it.
