The fire department lost its primary fire truck in the blaze, which was likely started by an electrical short in the cab of the rig.
The department will operate from the village highway garage while backup will continue from two neighboring departments.

  • Jeremy Williams My ppe? Well it expired in 2007. It was donated from a department up north (shout out to the generous folks in Lindenwald! You are awesome!) I've got new boots and a new helmet new suspenders. My turnout is apparently expired. So far so good. I'm sure there is another guy in worse shape but still getting it done for his community. I'm thankful for what I've got.
Second-guessing an evacuation order places the interior crew and those charged with rescuing them in great peril.
When the protocols are not followed, they will produce a domino effect.

How many times have people impersonated police or other public safety officials while attempting to rob some one? Plus was the person responding in uniform and a marked vehicle? Any dipshit can purchase some lights and throw them in a car.
