These boxes are not just for fires, they can be used for vehicle accidents, medical issues, etc. The fire department will already be dispatching fire apparatus by the time they get the calls from the e911 call center. They're a direct line to the fire department.

We have been requested to “Light the Pike” for Colonel McEvoy and his family.
All PFFM Locals along the route are asked to assist if possible, with apparatus and/or members on the shoulder and/or overpasses of the motorcade route.
