This is a group made up of friends and relatives of E1 and L24 FDNY known as " Midtown Madness" located at 142 W 31st St.in midtown Manhattan NYC, across from Penn Station.
Engine Company 1 was orgainzed July 31, 1865 and was disbanded on June 18, 1868.
It was then reorganized on February 17, 1873.
Engine Company1 Manhattan, is the oldest Engine Company on the job.

If not aloud please delete just wanted to say Iam a vol firefighter from oneonta ny and I was at walmart and saw a shirt for the FDNY 150th anniversary and I just had to by one to support my bothers and sister. A few hours away thank you. Always will be proud to say Iam a firefighter
