Poland competes with Slovakia to host car factory

"Poland is still in the game by a certain Asian investor, we are on the short list," Piechocinski said. "Slovakia is our rival."
"The investor plans to launch the plant in 2019," he added.
"Eventually the plant is to produce 350,000 cars a year.
The final decision should come by the end of Q3, the official also said.
According to May press reports, Poland has been shortlisted as a potential location for a new plant by Jaguar Land Rover, owned by India's Tata Motors.
