These NSFW Topless Photos May Get Photographer Banned From Empire State Building
Photographer Allen Henson has been pushing boundaries by shooting topless models in public places, like on the street with some cops, in a restaurant, or on top of the Empire State Building. But it appears the ESB isn't happy that Henson might want to revisit the landmark.
Last month, Henson posted a call for a "model who isn't afraid of heights in NYC" on his Facebook page:

According to the Daily News, a lawyer for the Empire State Building referred to the posting in court papers: "(Henson’s) recent social media posts are a clear indication that he is flouting the gravity of this judicial proceeding and (the owners’) property rights and may attempt another, unauthorized, impermissible and objectionable topless photo shoot at the building," adding that his actions jeopardize the skyscraper's reputation as a "safe and secure family and tourist attraction."
The Empire State Building is suing Henson over his infamous 2013 photo shoot. Henson told the News, "Honestly I can't believe this suit is still going on. They should be embarrassed. Really; at such a progressive moment in our history."
[A]fter the suit was filed, the Iraq war vet-turned-fashion photographer put out a call on social media for “a large platoon; about 50 topless girls to accompany me to the NY Supreme Court.”“Send info to allen@allenhenson.com,” he added. The parties — and perhaps a parade of bare-breasted babes — are due in Manhattan Supreme Court at 80 Centre St. before Justice Geoffrey Wright on July 23rd.
