On June 13th, FDNY Firefighters at Engine 268/Ladder 137 "The Beach House" answered the knock on the door at 5am from a concerned citizen after they found this little guy wandering the streets. As reported in the NY Daily News (http://m.nydailynews.com/…/fdny-nypd-rescue-dog-2-kittens-a…) they took the pup in until the vet up the block opened. Members of the firehouse footed the bill and brought him back to health. Now, they are looking for a home. He is aprox 8 years old and an energetic bundle of fun, anxious to play with his heroes. If you have a loving home and are interested in opening your doors to give him the life he deserves, please message us.
