  • Erich Lauffs First, both parties are unilaterally responsible for the creating of the TPA. With that said, don't pin the blame exclusively on the GOP, despite their trends against labor; the DEMS are equally responsible. 

    Secondly, the TPA is an absolutely TERRIBLE piece of foreign trade policy that essentially develops legal corporate monopolizations, that will inevitably stemi growth.
