No Blog Tonight

I am, as  I noted yesterday, going through some kind of transition period right now which seems to be connected to the Change of Seasons.

I am also very happy to report that I do not have esophogeal cancer, and the outlook here is good.

( I have to note here that I have known two men who died of esophogeal cancer and it came on very quickly and they were gone in a matter of months...one was a guy I was just getting to know very friendly, who had just recovered from PTSD from Vietnam and drug addiction..

The other was a NYC Police Officer, married to the sister of my friend Margaret, who retired and then was almost immediately diagnosed.

( Margaret herself slipped away from me very suddenly some time later after falling down a flight of cellar stairs at a family reunion and incurring terrible brain damage).

I have reached the age where I have to pause and consider a lot of things

Tonight I am just meditating and contemplating my situation
