Last Friday, a Florida man was arrested for having sex with a dog that lives in his house. This news may seem weird by national standards, but weirdness like banana-wielding attackers, fake python rescues, and sledgehammer-weilding cyclists seem
like they're just par for the course in Florida. The website Fark
recognized this so long ago, it created a Florida tag to collect all of
the state's unique weirdness. But what is it that makes it so strange?
Last August, Brooke did a couple interviews hoping to ascertain
