New York, NYI've been looking for a groomer since recently moving to NYC, and was fortunate enough to find B&B not only taking Saturday appointments, but offering a free bath for new clients. It's conveniently located close to the tram, which is awesome because there aren't any groomers on RI.
My 6-year old Pug, Chile Biscuit, was taken care of by Greg, who was super nice and did a wonderful job. The staff was very helpful, friendly, informative, and accommodating. The shop was clean, and the storefront window play area was adorable; it was fun to see Chile Biscuit dancing in front of the window when I went to pick her up.
I was also very glad to hear they offer vaccinations/vet services (at their retreat locations), and will shuttle your pups from this location & bring them back! I'm all about convenience, so it's nice to have an all-in-one place to bring my dog.
The prices seemed fair, but I don't have anything to compare it to (but let's face it, everything in NYC is expensive, so just accept it!)
Overall great experience; Chile Biscuit will definitely be back! -

Astoria, NYI love B&B and this location is wonderful! Casey, the Asst Manager, is absolutely amazing. She's so sweet and treats our little Yorkie Stella like her own. She also gives great advice. We decided to put Stella in daycare once a week so that she can get socialized as she's timid. Since she's been going there she's so much more confident and happier. If you want your dog to have fun in a clean, safe, and caring environment, this location is it! -

Long Island City, NYMy dog groomer retired to Florida after grooming my dogs for about 20 years and I had no idea who could take over. A colleague suggested Biscuits & Bath and it was the best experience. My little old Lhasa Apso had a spring in his step and a twinkle in his eye by the time Erica was done with him. He went from looking like a smelly, homeless mini-Chewbacca into a distinguished, chipper gentleman! She did a wonderful job and was kind and friendly, as were all the other staff members I encountered while there. They clearly love dogs and the customer service is without equal. I recommend them 200%!! -

New York, NYOverpriced. Running paws, which is about 2 avenues east is a little cheaper with better results. I also was supposed to get the 1st haircut for my dog for free as part of signing up for this location and when I received my AMEX statement they charged me for the full amount. I brought my dog in a second time before I noticed the charges from the initial visit for just a wash and they did not honor the Yelp check in discount which is shown on their yelp page.Comment from David M. of Biscuits & Bath 1/21/2013Hello Nathan L.Thank you so much for your feedback! Upper East Side, Manhattan, NYI have taken my dogs to many daycare/overnight place around the city and have never had a better experience than biscuits and bath. I am the crazy concerned dog parent that calls excessively to make sure that my dogs are okay and they answer all of my questions and put my anxiety completely at ease. I'm not sure how the database that they have works but every time I call they know exactly who I am and how my dogs are. They even call about once a month to check in just to see how my dogs are doing. The price that you pay, completely comparable to others around, is nothing compared to the amount of service that you receive (which is 100% better than other places nearby). Thank you B&B employees for taking such great care of my babies! :)
