The customer service here is great-- once you get someone's attention.  They're not very forthcoming about helping you, but once you have someone assisting you, they're definitely eager to find you some shoes.

I was looking for some shoes for a wedding... tonight... and they were definitely lacking in their formal shoewear.  I wanted something bright, or patterned, to go with a grey dress, and there was really nothing there for me.  Plus they had nothing quite in my size! (I have very small feet... size 6!) They had some cute moccasin-like hightops, but their selection was pretty lacking in general.

The best thing about this location is its proximity to a bunch of other shoe and clothing stores, so if they don't have quite what you're looking for, you can walk less than a block and hopefully find what you want.

The customer service here is great... said no one ever. Go to Clarks and then come here and you will see the difference in customer service. When i walked into Aldo i felt like i walked into a retail nightmare, people all over the place trying shoes, shoes all over the place and definitely not to many of the staff helping. It was like they were in there own little world primping and looking at themselves in the mirror to make sure they looked good instead of helping the customers. Then probably the funniest and most appalling thing for a shoe brand happened. I was trying on some pretty decent pairs of shoes and i had one that i was thinking of buying so i asked if they had them in any half sizes and they told me, "WE DON'T SELL HALF SIZES!" AHAHHAHAHHA ARE YOU KIDDING ME. You don't do half sizes, well there goes a sizeable chunk of the market then. That really doesn't make to much sense to me but Aldo is somehow holding on as a company.

If you want any kind of service come here on a rainy day when there is no one at the store. I came here to buy one simple black pump for work and the 20 minute wait for shoes and to try them on made me fall deeper in love with online shopping.

I am completely appalled by the lack of customer services these days. I understand that being a sale associate is not the most glamorous job...but it is a job nonetheless and if you are getting paid for it, I think you should do your job. I'm not that old (22) but I swear that customer service was not this way once upon a time. What happened to the good old days where people measure your size and actually show some expertise in what they do? It seems like the only responsibility of theirs is to get the size you ask and then that ends their job. If that really is all they are suppose to do, then I expect some efficiency. Like a previous yelper mentioned, it took a good 10+ minutes for them to get my shoe, another 10+ minutes to try on another size, and after waiting 15-20+ minutes to get someone's attention...I left. Okay, I stormed out to be exact. It was so frustrating! Note: I've never stormed out of a store before but this is ridiculous! I went into the store knowing exactly what I needed to get and I just needed to try it on for size and wanted a second opinion. But I would say more so than the lack of customer services, I think it is a management problem too. I think this place needs better training and more staffs to actually help the customers. I feel like as an customer, I should never endure such a long wait to attain help.

I am even more frustrated because due to an event that I'm partaking in, I need to get those shoes. I went to another Aldo and they didn't have my size...so, since this location is near my school, I will have to head back there tomorrow. I'm hoping it will be better and if so, I might give it 2 stars instead but right this moment-this place is horrible. I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. Worst experience ever!!

Came here today so I can look at a few shoes to buy before headed back to cali to visit. The store itself was ok, nothing really special. The shoes were ok too, nothing really stand out or pop in my eyes.

.. I mean nothing  negative has been done for me not to like Aldo , per se... however, i feel as though they are just a mediocre store, with mediocre styles,.. with uncomfortable shoes.  Id much rather be at Steve madden where their styles, are better, and their shoes are uncomfortable.

i mean you have to weigh your options and for the most part, a beautiful pump, or flat , will be hard and uncomfortable, or way to high,  however ,if  they look good.... that gets the shoe way more points.....

I don't feel like Aldo can make up for their uncomfortable , and small fitting shoes.. Not to mention, the service there is okay i guess.. I've had my altercations with the "idiotic sales associate",  But I'm okay with that ......   The price of the mediocre shoe,.. is just annoying .. All their shoes should be 40 bucks...!.. i really don't get it..

Well I'm giving them a third star because their accessories, have always been up to par,. oddly enough.   i have necklaces, and bags from them that could pass for expensive( even though they are not .. dirt cheap...)...

So , I still go into Aldo,.. and  when i do,.. I still shake my head while I'm looking at the shoes, and making my way to front where the accessories are...

Hot styles...... Reasonable Prices............... Poor quality!!!

I almost killed myself when I wore one pair of stilettos for the first time.  The heel fell off in the middle of the street as I was crossing.  What an embarrassment!!!!  Thank goodness I was across the street from the Aldo I purchased them from.  The girl at the register said "Wow!!! that happens all the time, thank God you were near by."

Great I wish she would have told me "Wow! do not buy these shoes because the heel will fall off right away" yesterday as I was purchasing them from her!!!!

Ok my bad for ever talking about how bad customer service is these days.  I went to Aldo's last week looking for a pair of flat comfortable shoes to keep at the office.  Of course, like most shoe stores, they never have what I want in my size.  However, the young lady working at the store, was diligent in her search in the storage room.  One of the other sales guys came out to tell me that she was on a ladder looking way on the top shelf.  Alas, they still were out of my size.  She offered to order the shoes for me and have them shipped to the store and they should be ready for pick up in a couple of days! I'm so excited.

I love Aldo shoes even though every last damn pair I have is just impossible to walk in.  This store was open, friendly and had everything in stock I wanted.  Damn them.
