Rescues at Pennsylvania Apartment House Fire

$subtitles.get($x)The Chester City Fire Department along with multiple EMS units were dispatched to the intersection of 3rd and Yarnall for the reported structure fire with possible entrapment. Upon arrival crews had fire showing with multiple victims trapped on the 3rd floor fire escape.
