Philadelphia Fire Department’s new Spartan Engine is nearly finished. Photos posted by Deputy Commissioner Robert Corrigan shows the new truck. Corrigan also posted pictures of the apparatus new lower hose bed. This is a new feature for Philadelphia’s engines.
