UPDATED: Spanish police said they arrested seven people on Sunday with suspected links to Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militant groups.

Two workers were killed and a third was seriously injured in an explosion at a biodiesel plant in eastern Spain on Saturday, regional emergency services said.
