The decision was made due to funding considerations of the county; the chief admitted to making mutual aid decisions on a case-by-case basis.

Chris Anderson It's a tough call to make, but if you don't have funding to keep your trucks on the road, that choice has to be made. That being said, it shouldn't be a game time decision. It should be made known that the dept either is or isn't going to be running mutual aid.
