Walter Corrigan One of the problems is that incidents affect different people differently. For some, the scene is "no big deal," for others, it's a tragedy. It's hard to tell when people bottle it up and won't come forward for fear of "looking weak." That's why Chaplains are so important to the fire service (and also the police). They are the shoulder that won't tell on you.
