Watch these snowboarders make NYC streets their slopes
These snowboarders took Manhattan by storm during the blizzard.
A 34-year-old filmmaker and his pal thumbed their noses at Mayor de Blasio’s travel banat the height of the storm by hooking their snowboards to a Jeep and whizzing through the Big Apple.
YouTube vlogger Casey Neistat of Tribeca and Oscar Boyson, 31, sent chills among shivering passers-by with slick moves and crazy stunts on mostly barren Manhattan streets.
An NYPD cruiser set off after the defiant daredevils with siren blaring and stopped them – but one of the cops let them off the hook.
“We’re just going to act like we’re talking to you,” he told the pair.
Neistat said New York’s Finest “didn’t want to rain on their parade” by ticketing them
“The two officers were super jovial and just told us to be safe,” Neistat told The Post.
The three-minute video — to the tune of Frank Sinatra’s iconic “New York, New York” — was uploaded at 5 a.m. Sunday and quickly went viral.
By noon, it had 4 million views on Facebook and 2 million on YouTube.
The Jeep Wrangler was driven by Neistat’s brother, Dean, 32, a retired Air Force pilot and professional stunt coordinator.
The video was shot by Jesse Wellens, who has cooperated with Neistat to create a video of a flying magic carpet.
Neistat and his other brother, Van, are the creators of the HBO series, “The Neistat Brothers.”
