2016 Ford Mustang: Australian Hands On

The Mustang is an iconic car. In Australia, we’ve rarely seen it outside of films like BullittGone In 60 Seconds and the new Need For Speed — the last locally delivered model was the relatively unpopular 2001 4.6-litre, and companies like Performax charge upwards of $100,000 for right-hand-drive conversions of US-delivered variants. Now, in 2016, the first made-for-Australia version of the Ford Mustang is here — it’s launching this week, starting at under $46,000.

'Everything Is Terrible' Is The Only Good Vine Account

Vine just released their playlist of popular vines from the past year. Frankly, most of them are dull as shit. So instead of squeezing off a blog post directing you to mediocre crap curated by Vine, we’ve decided to compile a list of high-quality crap curated from the world of garbage video by Everything Is Terrible.

These Hateful Eight Figures Are Delightfully Retro

The old school vibe of Quentin Tarantino’s latest wild west movie doesn’t just extend to the director’s trademark styles or it setting — it extends to the merchandise, too. Fluffy, oversized coats for everyone!

Ping Pong With Water Drops Is Another Cool Thing That Happens In Space

Video: There’s a long, long list of fun things to do in zero gravity, but when you spend an entire year in space, you probably get quite bored. That’s where space ping-pong with water droplets and hydrophobic paddles comes in.

Skype Finally Hides Your IP Address

Way back in 2012, it came to light that a flaw in Skype made it easy for hackers to acquire your IP address. Now, finally, Microsoft has updated the software so those details are hidden by default.

Apple's Hired One Of The World's Leading VR Professors

This Toy Car Reaches Speeds Of 328 Kilometres Per Hour

It Cost Google $US1 Billion To Keep Its Search Bar On iPhones

Google’s search bar has been a fixture on Apple devices for years, something that’s always seemed counterintuitive, what with Android being iOS’s only real competitor. According to Bloomberg, Google’s search engine is only present because of a $US1 ($1) billion payment made to Apple in 2014.

Watch A Tanker Completely Implode In Slow Motion

Video: The tanker in the video is 20m long with a 3m diameter and can hold up to 113,562L of liquid. It’s made of thick steel and weighs 30,391kg and yet it can be crushed with just the sweet simple science of air pressure. Watch as the gang at Mythbusters made the giant tanker implode in glorious slow motion. It just gets obliterated like it’s barely a Coke can.

Google (aka Alphabet) Is About To Surpass Apple As The Most Valuable Company In The Galaxy

Google had a big 2015: It divvied up its business into startups like Footpath, Calico, X, Fibre, and consolidated all those companies into one brand named Alphabet. Now Alphabet is very, very close to being named the world’s most valuable company — yes, more valuable than Apple.
