Free Massage Therapy: January 8
Students from Mildred Elley College Massage Therapy Department are returning to Friends of Firefighters to provide free massage therapy to the firefighter community, by appointment.

WHERE: Friends of Firefighters, 199 Van Brunt Street, Brooklyn, NY
WHEN: Friday, January 8, 30 minute sessions between 11AM-4PM
WHAT: Full body or chair massage therapy (your choice)
APPOINTMENT: 718-643-0980
MASSAGE THERAPY can be helpful in alleviating pain, improving circulation and range of motion, increasing joint flexibility, reducing inflammation, promoting tissue regeneration, as well as enhancing sleep quality, lessening depression and anxiety, and improving energy.

There will be a supervisor from the college in the building.
Appointment is required.

Friends of Firefighters will be closed Monday, January 18 in observance of MLK Day. If you find yourself in crisis, call 1-800-LIFENET, a 24/7 crisis hotline. 
Friends of Firefighters provides independent, confidential, and free counseling and wellness services to active and retired FDNY firefighters and their family members.
