The 37-year-old paramedic competed to raise money for Norfolk Accident Rescue Service.
The Guinness World Record rules for the event allow 24 hours for completion, but the 37-year-old only took four. Beginning at 9.30am, he powered through to complete the monumental task by 1.30pm.

To lose weight you must burn off more than you take in, and the only way to win this battle is with better food choices.
You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. These words reflect one of the main challenges providers face when trying to eat healthy, especially during a long, busy shift.

Last month, more than two years after the dispute, a judge sided with the paramedic, overturning the suspension and ordering back pay. The judge said the District was negligent, not Nelson.
A DC Fire and EMS medic was suspended in 2013 after the ambulance assigned to the president ran out of gas

Andrew Tucker I would like more information on what happened. Typically a vehicle running out of fuel is entirely on the driver. The only way I can see this not being the case is if the fuel gauge was not functioning (par for the course for DC's ambulance fleet) and the department refused to fix it (also par for the course for this fleet).
