Trick Or Treat! Halloween Public Drinking Stop Leads To Submachine Gun
Officers on Staten Island arrested a man in possession of two machine guns after observing the suspect drinking alcohol in public on Halloween. Police Officers Golat and Barreiro of the 121 Precinct’s Anti-Crime Team observed a man drinking alcoholic in public on Harrison Avenue in Staten Island early Saturday morning. As the officers approached the suspect they observed him throw a bag into the grass near the location. At this time, the suspect fled on foot and the officers opened the bag and recovered an Intratec Model AB-10 submachine gun and a Calico Model M-9 submachine gun.

"It's just a gun big deal" but in reality these officers prevented a murder of a civilian or another officer. Because 💯% these guns were not going to be used by the perps in benefit of society

"IT'S WHAT WE DO"
What makes a police officer? Is it courage? Is it compassion? Is it a calling? It’s all of these. All these things make a cop, but one thing most of all: we keep people safe. It’s what we do. It’s what Police Officer Randolph Holder did so proudly throughout his all too brief career.
Keeping people safe is what brought Randy to this Job. It’s what brought him and his partner, Police Officer Omar Wallace, to a highway footbridge in pursuit of a dangerous man...

Dedicated Brave NYPD Officers Keeping NYC Safe
As we continue to mourn the loss of our brother, Police Officer Randolph Holder, dedicated NYPD officers still continue to protect New York City. These brave officers did what every other officer in the NYPD does when the call comes – they ran toward the danger. We will never stop being the guardians of New York City and we will never forget all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
This is just one example: Officers from the 113 Precinct in Queens recovered this loaded firearm from a man believed to be breaking into a parked vehicle. See more: http://nypdnews.com/…/dedicated-brave-officers-keeping-nyc…/
