I believe this is really a money issue these stores have...Those young men make BANK and have gained tons of attention working/playing Michigan Ave (remember that KFC commercial??)... Not to mention they pay $100.00 for a permit to be there. This is bs..

So... you provide kids with little to no opportunities, close their schools and when they come up with a way to make some money and help them develop some positive experiences. Lets them interact with people from different places and backgrounds. And they contribute to the overall culture of Chicago. They're not robbing anyone or stealing. They're just kids with paint buckets and drumsticks.assholes
