Today, FDNY's Fire Safety Education team and volunteers from the American Red Cross were outside the quarters of Engine Company 255 and Ladder 157 Company in Brooklyn, giving out smoke alarms and signing up local residents to have the devices installed in their homes. Andreas Boehme I think a kid doesn't have the muscle power to do a effective cpr. How do you teach them? They might have the weight to do it with a foot, not with hands as usual.
