something to notice about your masking up…even though you were describing the procedure it still only took you one minute from the time you knelt down until you were flowing water…”take a minute, to make a minute”…talk yourself through your steps in your head and make sure your list is complete…it also slows you down enough so maybe you won’t do something stupid or get into a situation quicker than you can get out of
