Donald Trump Wars With Fox News, Megyn Kelly

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is going to war with one of the most influential groups for GOP primary voters: FOX News.
Since Thursday night's primary debate, Trump has raged in interviews and on Twitter that FOX's debate questions to him -- particularly from moderator Megyn Kelly -- were targeted, unfair and "nasty."
Speaking to reporters in the spin room after the debate, Trump said "The questions to me were not nice. I didn't think they were appropriate."
Overnight, he took to social media to voice even more strident complaints, even sharing a supporter's remark calling Kelly a "bimbo."
And in an interview on Morning Joe, he doubled down on his complaints again.
"I'm very surprised at Fox News that they would do that because, you know, I would say it's pretty unprofessional," he said of the network's questions.
Onstage, FOX News moderators peppered Trump with inquiries about his threat of a third party run, his past derogatory comments about women, and his business record.
"Frankly, what I say, and oftentimes it's fun, it's kidding," he protested after being asked about labeling women "fat pigs," among other slurs. " We have a good time. What I say is what I say."
"And honestly Megyn, if you don't like it, I'm sorry," he added. "I've been very nice to you, although I could probably maybe not be, based on the way you have treated me. But I wouldn't do that."
Immediately after the debate, a FOX News focus group led by pollster Frank Luntz featured former Trump supporters souring on the GOP frontrunner because of his demeanor on stage.
Both Trump and top adviser Michael Cohen slammed Luntz on social media Thursday night.
Donald Trump Defends Past Remarks About Women
Donald Trump defended past disparaging remarks about women during Thursday's GOP debate, saying he doesn't have time for "total political correctness" and that oftentimes he's just kidding.
"You've called women you don't like fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals," Fox News debate moderator Megyn Kelly told Trump.
"Does that sound to you like the temperament of a man we should elect as president," she added.
Trump said those comments were directed at TV personality Rosie O'Donnell, who has publicly feuded with Trump in the past.
"I think the big problem this country has is being politically correct. I've been challenged by so many people and I don't frankly have time for total political correctness and to be honest with you this country doesn't have time either," Trump shot back to cheers.
"Frankly what I say and oftentimes it's fun, it's kidding, we have a good time," Trump added.
