Social Democrats 'won't give up' says Steinmeier

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Sunday his beleaguered Social Democrats would field a candidate to unseat Chancellor Angela Merkel in 2017 amid an internal debate whether the party should simply capitulate to the popular leader.
