  • Derek B Govan Seems like R4 transmitted the 10-60 out of an abundance of caution, DC14 turned around units not 10-84 roughly 10 min later. Quickest release of a 10-60 I've seen with "pwh"coming roughly 20 min in. That's why FDNY is the best, they send a brigade when all that may be necessary is a smaller platoon. SAFE THAN SORRY.
