  • Matt McLean This is just degrading. Our city (specifically "our" mayor) is sending a clear message to Chief Mannix. "Don't get in the way of our agenda or you will pay!" All he is doing is looking out for his brothers, and ultimately the city, by pointing out the unfairness, and more importantly the dangers, of appointing unqualified candidates to a position they most likely will not be able to handle.
