INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The latest on federal documents accusing longtime Subway pitchman Jared Fogle of engaging in sex acts with minors and receiving child pornography (all times local):

The wife of former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle has filed for divorce.
Katie Fogle filed the paperwork on the day her husband appeared in federal court in Indianapolis to face child sex and child porn charges.
Katie Fogle also issued a statement through her lawyer Wednesday in which she said she is "extremely shocked and disappointed" by the allegations and focused solely on the well-being of their two children.
Jared Fogle has agreed to plead guilty on a later date to one count each of travelling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and the distribution and receipt of child pornography.
Prosecutors say he viewed child pornography made by his former business partner that involved 12 kids and he had sex with two minors during out-of-state trips.

A prosecutor says the $1.4 million in restitution that former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle will pay as part of his plea deal is "groundbreaking" because it will help each of his victims.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven DeBrota told reporters after Fogle appeared in court on child sex and child porn charges Wednesday that each of the 14 victims will receive $100,000. He says among them are four who are "now adults in desperate straits."
DeBrota says the money will help victims recover from what they have been through by paying for medical treatment, counseling and education.
Fogle is expected to plead guilty on a later date to charges of having had sex with minors and having traded in child porn. He was jeered as he left court.

Jared Fogle's family members say they are "shocked and profoundly disappointed" by the former Subway pitchman's behavior but grateful that he is accepting responsibility.
