    Between sore throats, ingrowing toenails, insect bites, athlete's foots and fast-food induced constipations you always have to ascertain that patients will be seen in a timely manner - AND in accordance of their planning for the rest of the day, like shoe shopping and what not..

Quickly suppress the initial emotional response associated with facial trauma and immediately be on the lookout for serious injuries. Visible and hidden injuries can pose grave detriments to a patient's morbidity and mortality.
Providers should be hypervigilant about maintaining a high degree of suspicion for airway deterioration, intracranial pathology and the possibility for C-spine injury.
