  • Brian Stewart that's why the whole thing is gonna collapse. I'm a fan of fire based ems. I run with a moderately busy suburban dept with the bulk of our calls as ems and it just seems like our model is being strained. I don't have all the answers and we've tried coming up with answer at kitchen table. It's hard. 10000 runs a year from one engine crew.....wow
